EXCHANGE AND RETURN

This policy establishes the procedure for returning goods purchased in the online store https://xiaomoxuan.cz/

Are you not satisfied with the delivered goods and want to return them within 14 days? Is it damaged? Do you want to exchange it for another product?

Return and exchange of goods of good quality

  1. 1. In accordance with the Law on Protection of Rights, the following goods of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned: medicines; personal care products; oral hygiene products; perfumes and cosmetics. These categories of goods are not subject to return in the Czech Republic.
  2. 2. Claims for defective goods are accepted only upon receipt of the goods. Therefore, carefully inspect the order in the presence of the courier, in the branch or at the post office. Check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of all ordered items.
  3. 3. If, when unpacking the order, you have any complaints about the improper quality of the goods (opened the package and found a manufacturing defect) or the order does not match, please contact our managers at +420 607 416 929 and send a photo of the defective or damaged goods, which clearly shows the defects, to Telegram or xiaomoxuancz@gmail.com Also indicate the order number and a description of the defective goods. We will definitely replace it at our expense.
  4. 4. We also give you the opportunity to return or exchange the received goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order if:

– the contents of the parcel (quantity and type of products) do not correspond to what was agreed upon when placing the order;

– the product has not been used after opening the package, and the appearance of the product corresponds to the original (original packaging is preserved, the product corresponds to the item you purchased from us)

– When exchanging or returning goods, you must return undamaged goods, without signs of use, in the original packaging.

  1. 5. As soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will check it and within 14 business days either refund your money to your account or send you a new product.

Return of defective or inadequate quality goods

The Client has the right to demand replacement or return of the Goods of inadequate quality.

Claims regarding the improper quality of the goods are accepted only upon receipt of the goods. Therefore, carefully inspect the order in the presence of the courier, in the branch or in the post office. Check the integrity of the packaging and the availability of all ordered items

A productof inadequate quality is a product that contains defects. A defect in the goods is a mismatch with the declared characteristics. The received goods must match the description on the website. The difference between the design or decoration elements and the description stated on the website is not a sign of inadequate quality

Defective goods

  1. The Parties agree that the Goods are considered defective if they are not suitable for use.
  2. Defective goods are considered to be goods with obvious signs of use and/or significantly deformed, broken, broken, inoperable, torn or crushed.
  3. The Parties agree that minor dents in the packaging of the Goods are not considered defective.
  4. If during transportation one or more items were spilled, scattered, crushed, resulting in damage to the packaging of other items, but these damages did not change other properties of the goods, except for external ones, a partial Complaint is issued.

Canceling your order

You have 24 hours before the item(s) are processed for delivery to cancel your order.

If your order has already been processed for delivery, please follow the return policy outlined above that corresponds to the reason for the return.

Lost order

If at least two days have passed since the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service team at xiaomoxuan.cz@gmail.com to allow us to investigate the location of your item(s) for at least 5 days. If we are unable to trace your package after this time, it will be considered lost. In this case, you will be able to receive a full refund or, if you prefer, we will send you a replacement.
